Welcome to the Roanoke Hotel! To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, please review and adhere to the following hotel policies.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability. Additional charges may apply.

Our hotel is a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for violations of the non-smoking policy.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
The hotel reserves the right to address disturbances and, if necessary, ask guests to vacate the premises without a refund.

A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required and must be paid at the time of booking.

If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, 50% of the total booking will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged if the reservation is not canceled within the specified cancellation period. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation deadline.

Pets are not permitted on hotel premises.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Please note that emotional support animals, comfort animals, and pets are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines and are not permitted.
Guests with service animals must inform the hotel during the reservation or check-in. The animal must be under control and on a leash or harness at all times unless otherwise required by the service they perform.
